Welcome to the Tandem Program Registration site. This site is intended for the exclusive use of healthcare professionals who wish to register for upcoming Tandem programs. We look forward to your participation.

If you are registering for an in-person event, we regret that we cannot extend this invitation to spouses or guests. Some states or institutions may prohibit the provision of meals to HCPs. You may not consume the meal if prohibited by your state’s law or institutional policy.
